Joe Gamlin - Clubhouse Manager
Joe is one of the few native Floridians among the staff here at Mirasol. He grew up in Lake Worth and started working at The Breakers Hotel while still in high school. Also having a love for the game of golf, Joe mowed greens, raked sand traps and changed flags on weekend mornings. He also worked in the bag room in the afternoons and on weekends at a local golf club.

Having to choose, Joe steered towards the food and beverage industry and continued to learn while working for The Breakers, for a total of fifteen years. He additionally spent some time at Admiral's Cove, PGA National and Aberdeen Country Club.

Eamon Murphy - Food and Beverage Manager
Eamon is a native of Ireland and has been in the United States for several years. Before coming to the States, Eamon trained for four years in Ireland's only 5-star hotel, The K Club, which recently held the Ryder Club and also holds a leg of the European tour each year. As part of his training, he also went to work in Switzerland and England.

Since coming to the States, Eamon has worked at small, high-end clubs such as Redstick Golf Club in Vero Beach and Ekwanok Country Club in Manchester, Vermont.

Ryan Schultz - Food and Beverage Manager
A native of Palm Beach County, Ryan has worked in food and beverage most of his life. He began his career in hospitality right out of high school, working in a country club. After living for a few years in north Florida, Ryan moved to Colorado where he worked at a convention center.

He has been a part of the Mirasol team since 2003 and has worked full-time, even while pursuing his bachelor's degree at Florida Atlantic University!  
During his free time, Ryan enjoys golf tennis, and traveling.
