   PRIVATE GOLF CART INFORMATION

 


As stated in the
Mirasol Master Association
By-Laws, the Mirasol Club By-Laws
and the
Mirasol Rules & Regulations:

All private cart purchasers (Golf members only) are required to obtain private carts through the Club, sign a Trail Agreement and obtain trail privileges through the Club.

The Trail Agreement states that you must provide the Club with evidence of liability insurance each year and the insurance must include specific criteria. 

The annual certificate of insurance policy criteria
is as follows: 
 

a) have at least $1,000,000 in personal injury coverage per occurrence,

b) have at least $100,000 in property damage coverage,

c)  name Mirasol Club Inc. as additional insured as it pertains to the cart, and

d) provide that at least thirty days written notice of cancellation will be provided to the Club.
